Boulogne-Billancourt is a city southwest of Paris. It is bounded to the south and west by a loop of the Seine, on the east by the 16th arrondissement of Paris and north of the Bois de Boulogne (who is in Paris). South-west of the city, found the Ile Seguin, a former Renault's historic center and symbol of the industrial past of Boulogne. The town also has 33.44 hectares of green spaces [2] with almost half the fleet consists Edmond de Rothschild (15 ha), located north-west of the county (district Menus - Jean-Baptiste Clement). In 1860, the city of Paris took over the territory of the former municipalities that were within the fortifications of Thiers. Part of the former municipalities of Auteuil and Passy located outside the line of defense was then assigned to Boulogne-Billancourt.
