Brasserie Printemps was thought as an homage to Paris and its fashion

It's a large traditional brasserie revisited by the designer Didier Gomez. We can find all the heat and conviviality of a large Parisian brasserie, sublimated by a magic atmosphere under the Printemps dome created in 1923.

The menu, created by the chef Alan Cirelli, offers a quality French cuisine revisiting traditional dishes with a touch of modernity.

Brasserie Printemps was built as a friendly and dynamic place in a spirit of absolute luxury to honour this mythical address.
