Corporate Team
For the business clientele we provide:

A sales team with more than 5,000 corporate clients drawn up with SMEs and leading international companies, civil services, institutions and embassies (LVMH, Ernst & Young, Total, Banque de France, Societe Generale, etc) with pricing solutions corresponding to their budget, available on all the French and European network.

The "Exclusive Premier" card, to develop and incentify key accounts. The "Exclusive Premier" card is an efficient marketing tool allowing card holders to collect points for each reservation made, exchangable for hotel stays, or our partners' gift vouchers.

A "self booking tool", platon, user friendly and efficient for the reservation management in real time, with tarifs negotiated beforehand.

Tailored services for the corporate clientele with internet connections, wifi, international TV channels and dedicated concierge services.

A close communication with the clientele via a regular distribution of newsletters, mails and invitations as well as regular visits of the sales team.

A dedicated brochure for groups and incentives with a directory including 80 hotels, 300 meeting rooms, 30 destinations and a team in charge of the relationships between the companies and the hotels.


GDS
Exclusive Hotels has its own GDS chain code "EU".

EU is represented on all GDS: Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo/Galileo, as well as on the main ADS which combines 150 websites (Expedia, Orbitz, Travelweb, etc.).

A dedicated Exclusive Hotels team is pursuing the following objectives:

Create the possibility for travel agencies to access your hotels via electronic distribution tools.

Offer a new audience to independent hotels with 550.000 travel agencies around the world.

Bring these hotels to the attention of the major consortia (Havas/Amex, CWT, BTI, etc.) and the internal departments of major corporate (Ernst & Young, Chanel, Total, etc.).

Record hotel descriptions and regularly update their rates

Guarantee a straightforward and consolidated payment of commissions due to our partnership with WPS (Worldwide Payment System).



Tourism

A close relationship with Tour Operators

Exclusive Hotels negotiates contracts worldwide with over 350 Tour Operators in 45 countries.

Our team ensures that you are represented at the major national and international trade fairs: ITB (Berlin), ILTM (Cannes), MITT (Moscow), WTM (London), BIT (Milan), FITUR (Madrid), MITCAR (Paris), Luxury Travel (Las Vegas) and IATM (Dubai).

Workshops and missions in order to meet the Tour Operators are organised worldwide every year.

Work closely with leading TO to directly interface their reservation system with Exclusive Hotels's CRS and maximise both price and room nights sold for our hotels




Reservation Centre

A performing tool

The Reservation Centre is divided into two teams: Individual Reservations and Group and Conference Reservations. Our customer advisors are multilingual (French, English, Spanish, Italian and German) and have an in-depth knowledge of our establishments.

An Extranet and a special website developed

For advisors
The reservation system uses access codes which enable companies and advisors to book rooms in real time at their own negotiated rates established by the hotels.

For hotels
The system provides a special forum for communications, bringing together all the Exclusive Hotels departments: Planning, Secure Payment Centre, Company & Tour Operator Accounts.

This unique and innovative tool makes it possible for our hotel managers to analyse their own «yield management». Simple to use, it allows our member hotels to select on a day-by-day basis, depending on their occupancy rates, the preferred clientele segments: Tour Operators, Corporate Companies, General Public, and GDS. One single planning framework to manage all the market segments.
Exclusive Hotels also offers a Secure Payment Centre; the SPC is an efficient tool for the management of invoices, to centralize payments and to manage default of payment.



Sales & Marketing Office in USA
Access Luxury Marketing


In 2009, Exclusive Hotels has reinforced its sales and promotion actions in the United States by associating to a Sales & Marketing Office on this key market: 'Access Luxury Marketing', has been offering for the past 10 years a direct access to all major Luxury Travel Agencies Networks in the USA.

On top of this, 'Access Luxury Marketing' founder has worked for a long time for french luxury hotels, and therefore has a very good knowledge of our Exclusive Properties, our culture and our strengths.

The Exclusive Hotels Groups notoriety will thus be able to pursue its development and its sales actions will materialise on the field through the agencies that will book our hotels under the EU code (Chain code only available with GDS) along with the whole of our Collection using our Reservation Centre.

Central Purchasing Department
A central purchasing department for independent hotels: the CADHI.

The CADHI (Centrale d'Achat des Hôtelier Indépendants) was created in 1998 to help hoteliers in their purchasing procedures. The Central Purchasing Department is opened to the whole of the independent hotel industry and works in collaboration with over 400 suppliers thus offering advantageous pricing conditions for independent hotels.

The CADHI is able to respond to the hoteliers' global needs: consumables, services, investments, from the idea or creation of an establishment, to the everyday management and development.
