For our guests, Exclusive Hotels is today and shall remain the promise of a unique and personalized hotel, far away from the "standardization" of the major franchised hotel chains.

Hotels seeking membership with Exclusive Hotels either apply for admission or are recommended by members. Exclusive Hotels sollicit each year new members so as to satisfy its growing clientele for charming, luxury and boutique.hotels in Europe.

From among the applications submitted by prospective hotels, those recommended by members, and direct contact established by our Development Team, a limited number are chosen to undergo the next phase of the acceptance process based on a rigorous inspection of the property, its facilities and guest services performed. Exclusive Hotels expect the property to meet or be shortly in a position to meet all of Exclusive Hotels's Global Standards with respect to accommodations, service, and features.

Following the inspection process, reports are filed with the Senior Management whose members then decide to proceed or not, and if so, the Development Team will then finalise the relevant documentation and introduce the new member to our teams and assist in integrating the new hotel in our IT systems.
